By using TempMailX, you agree that you are accessing a temporary, disposable inbox service intended solely for privacy protection, spam prevention, and temporary account verification.
2. Temporary Nature & Auto-Purge
TempMailX is designed for temporary use only:
- No Backups: Received emails are automatically deleted after 24 hours and cannot be restored.
- Do Not Use for Critical Accounts: Never use TempMailX addresses for primary bank accounts, crypto wallets, or important personal recovery services.
- Domain Rotation: We reserve the right to rotate or update email domain extensions at any time without prior notice.
3. Prohibited Activities & Misuse
You agree NOT to use TempMailX for any unlawful or malicious purpose, including but not limited to:
- Bypassing security systems, rate limits, or automated abuse detection on third-party websites.
- Creating accounts for illegal activities, financial fraud, hacking, or identity theft.
- Attempting to compromise the infrastructure or security of TempMailX servers.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
TempMailX is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server uptime, permanent message availability, or delivery speed from third-party senders.
5. Limitation of Liability
